Notes
You can cool the patties and freeze them by placing them separately on a cookie sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes (so they don’t clump together) before combining them into a freezer bag. Refrigerated homemade chicken sausage is good for 3-4 days when stored in an airtight container. Frozen homemade chicken sausage is good for 2-3 months.
